6 of us did the Mach 3 trail. Not really my favourite kind of riding, as it turned out. Pretty much true XC - lots of moorland, boggy trails, grass, streams, etc & no singletrack. Just one section - The Chute - posed any technical challenge: Very steep, very ridged, very rutted, very rocky & lots of loose rock.

Some spectacular views from the top (over 1600feet), though getting there was hard work. 19.75 miles in 3 3/4hrs.
